IF I HAVE EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM WHAT SHOULD I DO ???
1) Remove the card/disk from the camera and do NOT attempt to format the media.
2) Do NOT attempt to take any more pictures and/or Video using the effected memory card or disk.
3) If the card has a write disable tab move this to the protect state immediately.
4) Ship the card/disk using recorded delivery to Images4life where we will perform an initial scan of the media to confirm that we can recover the lost data.
If you follow the 4 steps listed above this will improve your chances of being able to recover your precious photo/video from the memory card and/or disk.
Once we have examined the memory card and/or disk we will contact you to discuss our findings and if you happy for us to continue with the full recovery then we will do so at your request.
Once the full data recovery is completed we will either transfer the footage to CD-ROM or DVD Media dependant on the content and quantity.

We are so confident that we can recover all the available data on the memory card or disk that we offer a very simple NO RECOVERY, NO CHARGE Service. What that means is that we will perform an initial analysis of your memory card or disk and then contact you with the results, if you wish to continue then all you pay is a fixed cost of £29.99 including return shipment of your original memory card and/or disk and also a copy of the recovered data on either CD-ROM or DVD.
Payment is only requested when we have successfully recovered all possible data from the memory card and/or disk.
Unlike other companies if we fail to recover your data then we will return the original memory card and/or disk to your at our cost, you pay absolutely nothing......
