USB Storage
As requested by customers, our most popular format is a digital file. The files can be in either MP4 (h.264) or ProRes422HQ format. The most universal is MP4 (h.264). Customers wanting the very best quality for video editing should request ProRes422HQ.
The digital files are delivered at the highest resolution for the service and run at the native frame rate of 16, 18,24 or 25fps.
We can supply either a USB Memory Stick or a Portable Hard Drive for the files, which can be plugged into a Windows and MAC computer and direct into most TVs equipped with a USB port.
We only use the highest quality storage devices such as Sandisk, Toshiba, Seagate or Western Digital.
Online Digital Vault
With this option, we create a secure private online vault that is securely protected, only you have access.
You can share access with family and friends in the UK and worldwide, allowing them full access no matter where they live.
You can view or download the files to your computer, tablet or phone. The only requirement is that you have a good broadband connection.
The service is protected by a fault-tolerant network and is initially active for three months. However, this can be extended if required.
Access to the digital vault is immediate once the project is completed
Professional DVD
DVD is still a universal method of sharing memories with family and friends.
We offer a professional DVD authoring service that includes a custom DVD menu, printed insert and DVD case.
The DVD is created using our in-house Rimage DVD production system, creating a professional-grade, thermally printed disk. We do NOT use inkjet or other lower-quality solutions.
Professional Blu-Ray
To retain the true high definition of your material, we can offer a professional Blu-Ray authoring service that includes a custom Blu-Ray menu, printed insert and Blu-Ray case.
The Blu-ray disk is created using our in-house Rimage Blu-Ray production system, which makes a professional-grade, thermally printed disk. We do NOT use inkjet or other lower-quality solutions.
